Shipping & Tracking

For Custom Wigs please allow 24-72 hours for your order to process. After processing time Custom orders take 7-14 days to be completed.

For Uncustomized On Hand Wig orders please allow up to 72 hours to receive a tracking number.

For Customized On Hand Wig orders please allow 5-8 business days to receive tracking number.

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail So Mink Collection is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However we want to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our products. Due to this reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Wigs:

There are absolutely no refunds on custom wig orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled wig orders after 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure your understand the turnaround time.
